Your batteries seem fully charged. If it's not overheating, I would check the water level and plug in 1 more time overnite to see if it shuts off.
Try checking the charge voltage before you unplug it if it's not shut off.
The ideal scenario is to have the charger shut down around 58v, anything more and you get excessive boiling.

JLMurphy........ It sounds like you've got a bad OBC that doesn't want to shut down. Your batteries seem fine. Often, if there is a partial short inside the OBC it may not sense the true voltage of the pack.

Jl, according to the manual, the ET (electronic timer) should have a green wire. Check to see if that green wire and the secondary transformer coil lead are securely connected to the diode lead. Charger will not turn off it the green wire is loose or disconnected. If the green wire is securely connected, then the Electronic Timer Kit has malfunctioned and must be replaced. However, not all ET have a green wire. If you don't see a green wire, then look for the wire that is connected with the transformer coil lead to the diode. Just make sure its not disconnected or loose.

get a few charge / discharge cycles through it before you throw money at it. this sort of wacky behavior cleared up for me once i put the cart back into regular use.

In my charger I see a Diode, a relay, and a Transformer, where is the timer? Will this procedure to reset for OBC work on my 1999 CC.
After setting all night 14 hours the batteries were 50.54 8.48 8.34 8.46 8.48 8.45 8.37

That's my point..... There is no timer. That's why I'm curious as to what he's talking about. The charger is controlled by the on-board computer.
