Relay wiring
I want to wire up a relay to be turned on with the key switch. I can draw 42 v from turning on the key,so i can supply power to my relay,so far ,so good BUT the relay I got(832AW-1A-F-C1, 48V dc 30A 250V) has terminals marked 1,2,4,5 instead of the usual #s so I don't know where to hook up the wires. I don't want to hook it up wrong and blow another controller. Could someone tell me what is the correct way to wire this up. What 2 numbers do I use to supply power to the relay?

Re: Relay wiring
1 & 2 should be coil
4 & 5 should be Normally Open contacts. Just to be sure, measure resistance between 1 & 2. It should be about 2,100 Ohms. |

Re: Relay wiring
Perfect! Does it matter what way the current flows?
