RXV lift ????? Help
I am installing a Jakes spindle lift on my RXV. And I am wondering if I recieved the wrong spindles?? The spindle shaft is smaller than the oem one I removed. The hub is very wobbly, and dosent fit correctly. Anyone experience this?? Someone let me know, thanks.

I am almost sure that the spindle shaft to small of a diameter. The new spindle shaft is around 3/4", the orginal oem is around 15/16". Anyone else ever run into this?? I bought this kit from East Coast Carts, I will contact them in the morning and see if they have a quick fix. Hopefully, they have a different size spindle.

I had same problem on my 2009 rxv elec. had to buy new hubs .

I have the Jakes kit on my 2008 RXV and had no issue with the hub sizes. Everything went right together.

Mine is an 09' model, this may be the easiest fix. Thanks for the replys, anyone else run into this with their rxv?

You are describing the different diameters Ezgo used, 2001.5 was the change year. I hope this helps.

I'm just outside of Hattiesburg. I talked to the guy at east coast carts. He informed me that some rxv's had a recall and spindles were changed out for a larger shaft. Sounds like I need some new hubs.
