A 4" lift will accommodate 22 inch tires which surprisingly will get you anywhere you need to try to go with a golf cart.

22s are also not so big as to rob much needed torque from the electric motor.

A DCS cart can be very nice with a 400a Alltrax, HD solenoid, and fresh cables on it with the above lift and tires.

Stop by my website and see the reduce price on controller pkg #505

The Jakes spindle lift will what you want to do without breaking the bank or taking all day to install. It also extends and widens the wheel base
Spend the money you save on aluminum wheels, lighter wheels are easier to start and stop.

Factory lift from EZ-Go is 4 inch drop axle and bolts in pretty much. Have to change out the front hubs but other than that, pretty simple. $306 on their site with free shipping. I put a 3 inch Jakes drop axle on one of mine and not sure if 22 inch tires will clear but got it a little higher. It was less than $200 from one of the sponsors

Jakes makes many lifts up to 8 inches I think, just depends on the money you want to spend.. They are also not the only ones out there but ones that I have used. I also only use drop axles so far but that is just my preference..

I really only use the cart for golf... the course has told me that a lifted cart is ok.. also use it in the spring for hunting so it will see very little off road... What size tires will a 3'' lift take? thanks again

Well, I just figured out I told you a story.. It was an AllSports lift.. ASM-E3E is the 3 inch E5E is the 5 inch. Says 22inch for the 3 inch lift but I think it would be pushing it. I did it with mine so I wouldn't keep hitting my head on the roof and so I could swing my foot when I drove

Now that being said, I don't think these are the best out there but it did what I needed and was less than $200 shipped
