Default G22 Power Loss

My 2006 g22 has no power. The engine turns but it doesn't want to move forward. Check the fuel pump, cleaned to carb.,new spark plug. I'm thinking maybe the secondary clutch, but I'm not sure. It has a lot of wear and tear. Need advice on what to check next.

Does it run, or just crank over and not actually start? Can you "rev it up" above the cranking speed, or are you only getting one motor speed?

If it wont rev up at all, its not actually "running". Think of it like turning the key on your car, and it cranking but not starting, you wont be going anywhere. So the "wont move forward" situation is normal, given that the cart is not running.
