Hey Dave..ahh I was panicking because I am far from carb.guru.There's 3 jets on this carb and there's 2 in the kit and I didn't see an instruction sheet (which isn't usually read till a else fails) with the kit.But I think I have it right..as it fired right up.

It is easy with the proper puller and an impact gun.

You lost me. Are you saying with an impact gun and the yamaha clutch puller tool the clutch wouldn't budge ?

We had used the impact so much we were scared we were rounding the head.So we wrapped the clutch 3/4 times with the ratchet strap and hooked it to the cradle.Grabbed the breaker bar and AFTER lifting the drivers side wheel off the floor from pulling on the breaker bar, i stood on the rear tire while my buddy pulled on the breaker bar and the bolt finally broke lose.As we removed the bolt the clutch slid off the shaft.

Sort of the opposite of my experience. I tried all sorts of rigs with a breaker bar. I called J&M and asked what I was doing wrong and they advice me that they had taken 1000's of primarys off with and impact gun and a welding glove. And presto the thing almost flew off. But Hey whatever works. Also struggled with the secondary until I broke down and bought the proper puller. Then it came off easy.

Secondary was a breeze getting off, compared to primary, so what's the trick with the welding glove for future references?
