Sorry didn't read all the post, Check exh gaskets for leaks any air intake will cause it to backfire. Crack in the muffler will do the same thing make sure everything is tight.

I already tried the reversal of pulsar wires. One way runs really sluggish the other much faster.

Ok, will look into the exhaust gaskets sealing soon. My neighbors love it when I crack the pipe from the muffler
