Default gas cart drive or driven squeak

I have a squeak that comes and goes when I try to START my club car. It goes away when its running so I didn't guess it was the driven clutch

Seen these images

I think the squeak is in the drive clutch. If so what could it be and what is the recommended "fix"?

Or could it (the squeak) be in the driven clutch? Its when you "start it".

Did anyone else have the same type of issue is it normal to happen?
Just a guess. Also, The motor might be a 95' I'm not sure. So how do you find out? So I might get the right parts.

Move the belt with your hand. Can you make it squeak? It could be the roller bearing in between the sheaves of your drive clutch. Once the sheaves come together after startup, the belt lifts off the bearing and the sound goes away. If it is that bearing I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless the squeak is really loud.

Also check the adjustment and condition of the belts. The drive belt of course you can't adjust but have a good look at the inner surface and sides for cracks and tears. The starter belt also should be free of any wear and be tight. If it is less then tight it will torque up when you start off and can squeal. A bit like a car will do on a damp morning if the fan belt is worn.

Sorry I didn't post it sooner thought I did.
This img don't show it well.
But here.
This image.
It shows faintly the belt hooked to some other thing. I don't think its the roller bearing but the other part. Is it the "starter / generator", and could the pully squeak or be "stuck" when trying to go?
And iif I spray it with lube is that a bad thing?

Slip off the drive belt and release the S/G tensioner. Loosen the two bolts that locate the S/G to the brackets and remove the starter belt. Whip down your local Auto store and get a new belt (they can measure your old one) then reinstall. You might need a third hand to tension the S/G belt but the wife comes in handy sometimes. I personally use a a piece of 1" x 3 ' water pipe from under the front of the S/G and lock it in place with a piece of 2" x 4" lumber in the foot well to get the tension correct and IT NEEDS TO BE TIGHT..
Game over in under 1/2 hour.

Mine used to squeal upon startup. I figured out that my belt to the alternator/generator was too loose. No more squeal.
