I would find something to fit in the channel to keep from crushing it and then put it on edge on a concrete floor and then take a 2 X 4 or 2 X 6 from the top and then proceed with a big hammer..
Or a frame straighting shop |

Maybe a scissor jack between the bend and the support brace

Looks like a standard rear step. I would just find something hard that will fit in the slot, put it on the floor and persuade it with a hammer back to flat.
