2006 DS gas - mph question
Hello fellow CC'ers,
I have a new to me reconditioned CC, 2006 gasser & bone stock....so I think. Is it normal for a stock cart to run 18 mph on flat ground? I've been reading posts about unhooking rev limiter & zip tie trick. I don't want to do any motor damage. On flat ground, with two people, this cart will "bump" the rev limiter. I used my GPS and the mph is 18 to 20.... Did someone mess with the gov arm? What do you all think? Thanks for you opinions, Kurt Armstrong |

Re: 2006 DS gas - mph question
DS's only run 14 mph stock from the factory, and if it bumps the rev limiter, then yes, the governor has been adjusted!
