Ive just double sided 1mm foam tape - 3mm wide. Works great :-)

I have several of these already made out of S/S but the have the battery meter cutout in them if anybody is interested in them.

It was cut with a band saw, and a bench grinding wheel to round the corners.
This buggy project has resulted in me buying loads of different tools that will be very handy on the next cart!! |
