Default wiring a voltage reducer

I have a voltage reducer model is volt-0012.
I have wired it the way I have found on the Internet. Did not come with a diagram . Cart is a 48volt ds . I'm getting 48 volts in but it's putting out 30 volts . Anyone know what I'm doing wrong

I think the black is common negative.
Black/Red constant 48v input
Black/Green 12v out
Yellow trigger/switched 48v
