No Sir....the grey comes from the plug in to a back plate and plugs into what Im guessing is some sort of sensor..no other wires going to or from that plug....the black wire goes from the plug in to the obc then to the controller....There are NO fuses anywhere between the plug in and batteries...

UPDATE.....Reseting the OBC did the job...its taking a charge now
