Drive2 EFI computer
I was told that the engine EFI & RPMs are controlled by a computer and that changing the governor only lits you increase them a small amount then the computer overrides it.
I'm only wanting it to do no more than 20 mph, its holding a steady 18 currently after uping the gov. The throttle response is now touchy for a slow start and especially in reverse making me think that any more adjustment isn't the answer. Your thoughts on it!!
