It seems that YT date code was first used in 1996 and repeated in 2002. It denotes the date the item was approved for shipment. So, that number can give you a clue as to a starting place IF that is the original motor.
The updates on your cart are very nice. Other than the obvious updates, if everything in your photo is original to the cart, it was made after 2000.5 based upon: Connected seat back Molded plastic triangular shaped arm rests Black roof supports Molded plastic roof with handles Was it made in 2002? The serial number is needed to know the correct date. It should be on a sticker located just behind the accelerator pedal mounted to the frame. Let us know when you find the serial number. |
