I am continuing to work on this project to complete the cart and have it run as it should. Unfortunately though i think we're going to try to sell it. Honestly i can't believe it but considering the application were seeking too use it under we'd be looking at throwing thousands into it, so it work for us.... and that's just not going to be feasible. The hills, load, distance and daily service we want it to accomplish is just too much for Lead acid batteries and the high output requirement we would seek out of lithium is really expensive.

Finally done. Just finished and cleaned it up. Man this cart came a long way! I think my wife will kill me if I ever buy a cart to rebuild it again.

LineX Blue with Black on inside
Alltrax 400 controller with HD 200 solenoid
SW202 SUPER DUTY Reversing Contactor
new D&D motor
Completely rewired
Complete to frame tear down, paint and rebuild
Digital battery voltage indicator
pre-wired for accessories
USB and 12V power
HD voltage reducer with Blue Sea fuse box
light kit with horn and signals
new seat covers
new tires/ wheels
new windshield

Nice build, did you end up doing anything about the front drivers seat being crowded

No it was just not worth it. Ended up selling the cart. It was a cool learning experience.
