Installed custom designed EMP Two Speed Motor. Next I need to upgrade system to 500 amps and install speed switch in order to take full advantage of it.

My 2004 CarryAll rebuild is progressing well. 500 Amp components on order.

Completed to date:
- Repainted cowl and cab.
- Recovered all seats.
- Installed Summit on-board charger with NOCO Power Inlet.
- Installed new batteries.
- Installed custom designed two speed EMP motor.
- Replaced wiper motor, arm and blade.
- Installed LED headlights and tail lights.
- Installed new wheels and tires.
- Added rear roof extension to cab.
- Installed inverter and electric heaters.

Received and installed Speed/Torque switch for my custom two speed EMP motor. 500 AMP controller, etc. on the way.

With 300 Amp controller I get about 24 MPH on speed setting and 17 MPH on torque setting. Acceleration is noticeably quicker in torque mode.

Can't wait to see what another 200 Amps will do.

My battery case came in today so I slapped it in to make sure it fit as designed. Hopefully be ready to go next week.
