Default 2010 48v RXV Brake Issue

I have a 2010 48v RXV with the Danaher Controller that locked up on me 2 weeks ago while driving around the neighborhood and had to perform the emergency brake release to trailer it. I've since replaced the motor brake, checked and cleaned all connections, pulled off the run switch and put it back in, tested solenoid connections and voltage to the controller, tested the brake switch behind the pedal, and the connection that the brake connectors run power from. Still nothing. I hear a click but no motor brake release or click when the accelerator is depressed. Below are some of the stats from my multimeter:

1) Battery Pack--52v; each battery is at 13v
2) Plug from the controller to motor brake--49v
3) Plug on motor brake--0 ohms
4) 48v side of the solenoid--52v
5) Switch side--0 when off and 52v when in neutral
6) The small post to the controller harness--52v when in neutral--0v when off
7) The other small one--52.1v when in neutral--0v when off
Connector into the back of brake pedal--5v
9) Connector from the controller to brake assembly--27v
10) Blue wire at charging port--52v when unplugged.

I helped out a buddy with one of these a couple years ago and it was a bad solenoid. That's a possibility but there are other things that could cause it to fail like this.

Sounds like the motor brake, not working with pack voltage and you should read 25-28ohm on it. What brand is the brake?

Would a bad solenoid cause the motor brake to read at 0 ohms?

0 ohms sounds bad for the brake but I don't know what it should read. I would guess that it should be a few hundred ohms but that's a Wild A$$ Guess.

Also within the order is a Navitas 600a controller for Danaher, EZGO Resistor Precharge for 400a Solenoid, and this solenoid https://www.golfcartking.com/univers...duty-solenoid/, but I wanted to test the brake before installing the rest, which is when I found out that it was getting 0 ohm

The replacement brake seems to be ok, but you should get the ohms reading 25 - 28 with the brake disconnected (coil resistance).

No. When measuring the resistance at the two pins of the brake, nothing else is envolved.

Should the cart be in run or tow? Also, does it matter whether it is in FWD or N?
