The electronic pedal test
Ensure there is full battery pack voltage (bpv) positive (+) to the red fuse link. === 52v
Ensure the fuse is good. 2-3 amp fuse maximum
Ensure the pedal black wire is connected to controller B- or battery main negative (bpv -) == done
Remove the pedal green wire from the controller and connect to test lead red. Connect test lead black to B-. == done
The voltage reading should be 0-4.6v or so with each stroke of the pedal. == i got 0-4.6
Remove the blue wire from the solenoid or F&R depending upon your cart. and test the same as you did for the green wire. == i got nada.. no change when pedal pushed
The blue wire should emit battery pack + voltage each time the pedal is depressed. == no volts
If either one of these tests failed the pedal will need to be replaced. == bummer....
If both of these tests failed there may be a wiring or testing problem as dual failure is very rare. Retest the fuse link and try again.

Scotty you got a pedal in stock ?

Success!! Yeah :)

It's a little jerky at the start....

Does burnouts on the fresh tar around the corner, that was fun

Then I decided to hit it from a standing start on the old tar.... that didn't go so well... I fell off the bucket.. and yes off the cart too and had to do that look around... you know the one where ya look to see if anybody saw that ? :) I expect to get some security video's from the neighbors shortly...

Ok, 2nd try and hung on this time, holy crap it's Quick! Little chirp and away we go!

And yes I did get the wheelie going up my driveway

Ok I'm done with shenanigans, time to get it all back together in this next week.....

Thanks everybody who helped me figure out stuff, especially Scottyb :)

No video I asked lol

Will post a new question in a few.... I went to mount the front body... Nope.... with the front end being moved forward a few inches it's not even close...

debating trim it or possibly trade for a stock one if anybody has a takeoff...
