Yamaha electric cart doing nothing! (Everything brand new)

I have a electric Yamaha with everything brand new. G22 Wiring harness, key switch, XCT G22 controller (alltrax) , 400amp solenoid, motor, batteries etc. when I turn the key the controller isn’t powering up with the solid green light. The key switch was swapped with another to double check and still nothing. The 10a fuse on the harness is brand new and has been tested to make sure it’s not blown. The Yamaha mechanic put in a brand new foot pedal switch and that wasn’t it either. Tow/run switch tested good also. There is 4 wires going to the key switch..... brown,solid red, red with white stripe, and black. The solid red has pack voltage. The wiring harness is a Yamaha harness not aftermarket and we even compared to another cart in the dealers shop and everything matches up. I’ve been on the phone with three companies and even hooked up a laptop with alltrax program and let them look at the cart and it says the key switch is never turning on which obviously is not powering up the controller. The only thing I haven’t tested is the fwd/rvse switch but I’m not sure it would cause absolutely nothing to happen when the switch is turned. The mechanic even hooked up a “jumper “ wire from the hot key switch wire to the controller and it powered up but if I’m not mistaken it bypasses the foot pedal switches so again wouldn’t allow the cart to do anything. wouldn’t I’m lost and running out of options quick. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Did you find a solution? I have a G29, replaced everything and have same issue.

Yeah according to Yamaha there is multiple wiring harnesses for my carts serial/VIN number. I was sent the wrong harness. Triple check that you have the right one if you’ve replaced it recently. The incorrect Part# they kept giving me was JD4-H2590-A0-00. I could send you the correct one when I get home if that might help you. Just let me know.

I didn't replace the controller harness since everything tested out correctly except the TPS. Replaced TPS and cleaned the TPS harness. Now the cart shudders trying to go forward or reverse so looking like the motor speed sensor and magnet are next. I'll just keep throwing money at it until it runs I guess...If you get a chance to send the harness part number that'd be great. I appreciate it. Good luck!!
