EZGO Robin 290 Carburetor Motor Mounts
Are the threaded carburetor motor studs easy to change out?
Are these threaded studs ordered in a kit or sepertate? I over torqued one of them during reassembly of the carb. THANKS!! New gas engine owner.... |

Metric all thread ? should work.
M6 X 1 X 105MM LG I am assuming you stripped the threaded stud ? and not the cylinder head ? |

Its two long all thread that you slip the carburetor onto then seal against the motor. However i got lucky and was able to remove the one I broke and replaced it with a piece of 1/4" all-thread from fastenal. i have it running again, THANKS FOR THE REPLY!!!!

You did get lucky using 1/4 uss threads because those are metric threaded studs, at least on the ones I have worked on. Oh well.
