1999 EZGO Gas 295CC Pre MCI No Spark
I have had this problem since I bought this cart. Once it warms up, it will not restart, or is hard to restart. Very weak to no spark. Have replaced the engine with a remanufactured 295cc bored to a 350cc, ignition coil twice, the igniter 3 times, voltage regulator once, solenoid once. Always same problem. Any ideas? Does anyone have instructions to modify ignition system with HEI module, and car ignition coil? I've read a lot about this, but having hard time getting part numbers, and wiring instructions. Or is this even if its worth trying. Once you do get it running, it runs great as long as you're driving. Once stopped for a few minutes same starting problem.

I've heard of the pulsar going bad, is that what you mean by igniter? Thats the sensor under the flywheel.

igniter is also called a CDI. It is not the pulsar.
