Well, I think I'm done with my cart. I will list the things I did along with some final pictures. It was fun and I enjoy sharing these photos with everyone. The comments are fun to read.
Things done:
1) Stripped cart down and did normal maint.- replace and pack front wheel bearings, checked all steering arms, brake cables, brakes ect.
2) Sanded cart down to bear metal. Body was great condition and required no major repairs.
3) Primed and sealed cart.
4) Painted cart with a base coat clear coat Candy Apple Red color.
5) Started reassembly. I cut and made all the aluminum tread plate pieces on cart. Installed the new front piece with head lights. New rubber trim.
6) Recovered front seats with new back board with heat insulation.
7) Installed the rear seat option with fold down. And added a 2" receiver hitch.
Installed a roof. (Had to revamp to fit)

9) Then started on the engine and engine compartment. Cleaned fuel tank, new fuel lines and filters, new fuel pump and carb. (it just wasn't running right) I changed the ignition system over to the Chevy one. (I needed to make a new mounting bracket and find a spot to mount it.) New plug and wire. It ran great after the new ignition was installed. Removed and replaced all the wiring and cleaned all connections, added a fuse block for the lights and accessory plugs, new battery and cables. New air filter and new belts. I also cooked the muffler on my grill to burn out the crude.
10) Installed rear LED tail lights and made a dash panel to put the light switch and 12V plugs.
11) I love the Crager S/S hub caps.

Pictures are next:

Way to Go!! Looks fantastic. I am rebuilding an 88 currently and don't think it will ever look that good. I especially liked your detail under the seat. Everything looks cleaner than the day it was built.

That was where it was. The only thing I had to relocate was the coil.
