Ok guys so I took it to a place in Jenkinsville Ga, Jenco is the name of the place. The owner/mech said that the transfer case is busted so what does that mean?? Geez I have called EZGO they don't have any parts for it. I have also called Team Industries which is who made the transfer cases for EZGO. They where no help! So here I am now with a busted cart and not having any ouch on parts. I have not had time to break the transfer case down yet but planing on doing so soon. I think there is a chain in the main drive of the transfer case that could have broke? I can find that part so hoping that's all it is. I'll post pics when I break it down. Thanks for your post!

We really are on our own with these cars. They seem it be built well, I have not heard of the transfer case being a normal problem. There is just no support for them. They sure command a decent price though.

My company paid $1200 for a new transfer case many moons ago. If Rusty has one for you, some good karma has come back around to you. You're the man, Rusty. BGW network comes thru again....
