102 3.2v/20ah cells = 54.4v/120ah

SC, I got the impression from reading your posts that you sold those extra leaf battery's. Good to know as I have some friends looking at options.

6P17S (6 cells parallel, 17 series modules) fully charged at 3.6v per cell = 61.2v which is over the max limit 60v of a DCX500 controller. Not recommended.

6P16S fully charged will be 57.6v, as close as you can get using lifepo4 cells.

Don't rule out just buying a complete Nissan Leaf pack if you convert more then one cart. I found mine for a great price at car-parts.com (hard to find any there, keep looking weekly) which let me help out me and some friends on converting to lithium.

The BMS is supposed to turn off the charger at 60v. I think I will wait until I can test my pack before I get the controller. Or find one compatible with my cart and voltage parameters.

The BMS can turn charger off at any voltage but 100% charge is 61.2v for your pack so it will be undercharged.

While waiting for my battery pack to arrive I have been looking at the wiring. Club cars are new to me. Do I need an OBC by-pass kit?

I am sure there must be a post on this but my search hasn't found it yet.
