Dieseling and no power.
Hi, my gas clubcar carryall would not shut off even with the plug wire pulled off, and then once I got the engine to stop, a while later I restarted it and it seemed to have no power. I had no prior indication of anything going bad... Is the timing likely off? If so, are there any tips or videos you guys would reccomend? Thanks.

Re: Dieseling and no power.
If you let go of the pedal and removed the plug wire and it continued to "run" then it's not actually running but the throttle micro switch is out of adjustment or the solenoid is sticking and keeping the starter energized spinning the motor.
Get that issue worked out and then address the power issue. |
