Default 1991 ezgo gas marathon info.

Hello,
My name is Denny. I have a 1991 EZGO Marathon 2 cycle gas cart.
Can I download a Parts Manual & Service Manual on this site????
Also my cart is missing the part that connects the oil injection fitting to the engine(intake?). The small Banjo type fitting is there but not the Banjo bolt, washers, and what ever else goes to the intake. Please help with info.
Thank You, Denny

For parts follow the parts catalog link. It will bring up "empart web"
pick the ezgo catalog and then select your model.

There is no service manual that I know of for download about that cart.
You should block off the oil injection setup and premix your gas. at least you know you'll be getting oil that way.

I think its like 1.5oz oil to 1gal of gas, for hard use. 1oz of oil per gal for light use like golfing. I haven't had a 2 stroke cart forever so you should double check this info.

Hiya Jon.... you owe me a refurbished C-340

Yes, use a baby bottle that's graduated in ounces. Mix 1.5 oz for 1 gallon if you are NOT on a golf course.

If you fill your tank up, you would mix it with 7.5oz

If your goind to drive less than 1/4 mile at a time, add 5oz to your tank.

Oil pumps work fine as long as they are properly maintained. Most people don't know there is even maintainance for the oil pump .... Which essentially makes oil pumps like the second engine on a twin engine airplane.... The second engine is only going to fly the plane to the scene of the crash.

Bob, I shipped that out last week. If it doesn't get there this week wait till week after. I used Floyd's discount shipping, he guarantees it will be there before nightfall unless he gets those lights fixed then it might be after dark.

AWESOME.... I'll not leave the airport till it gets there

Who needs landing lights... I swear this is the truth... Landing lights are not required by the FAA on an airplane for it to be certified for night flying .... So I'm sure Floyd is just finishing duct taping up the main spar huh

What is the proceedure for removing the oil injection system? Do I need to remove the pump, tank and all hoses? Or can I just plug the hoses and plug the intake ?
