Best I can tell...

The blue wire coming from Negative on #4 is for lights goes down into wire loom under battery bay. Unplugged connector and no lights.

Small red off #1 is going to reducer on front of bay wall
Larger red off #1 is going under battery bay and into wire loom

Small blue coming from #6 is negative to negative side accessories off reducer

Thanks
That blue wire is part of the problem, Your are tapping batteries #1 and #2 (starting from the pack negative) for Your lights, they should be coming off Your voltage converter.

When You discharge some batteries more than others, two things happen next time you charge the pack in series.
  • The Lower batteries will not get a full charge
  • The Good batteries will over charge (and possibly boil) to compensate for the lower ones.

The pack out of balance problem is hard to correct and it compounds over time.

The other blue wire on the pack negative, if needed, should be moved to the Controller B-.

STOP !
brand new batteries are about 75% of their potential until properly broken in

Also where is the small blue wire from the middle of the pack going?

Connect meter leads to batteries one at a time and drive cart. If one is bad you will see it in the voltage drop.

You need to have the charger charging the cart whenever you are not driving it.

Yes, I have been following that break in strategy (other than not charging after TorT the other night - was going to do that the next morning, but kids beat me to the cart).

The blue in middle I suspect is going to lights - I disconnect the connector and lights no go.

All connections in bay were done by dealer (doesn't mean they are correct) - all I have done was tap into the 12 V lead they ran to dash and run terminal bus / distribution black and tie everything into that.
