What is this bracket on the underside of the roof for?
The oval nubs turn 360. What did they mount to these? Do they make a mirror that mounts to it? I hate the 5 lense mirror.

Those are for a card holder used by golf course to put hole numbers, team names etc for golf events. It is a clear plastic holder you slide your paper or card in.
