2006 G22e issues
Hey all, new here and hope I’m posting in the proper place.
I have a 2006 G22e. Batteries are three years old and it’s been working great. Last week I was driving it and it suddenly stopped. I had just charged it so that wasn’t the issue. Today I put a new solenoid in it thinking that was the problem after researching it a bit online, but nothing. When you turn the key to “on” it still clicks twice but will not move in either direction. I’m a novice when it comes to electrical issues so need some advice. Thanks in advance! Dave. |

When you push the cart, does it beep & push back to stop the cart?
Test performed with tow/run switch in run, key in any position. |

I’ll check although I’ve never heard it beep before.

Nope, no beeping noise when pushed. Does the reverse buzzer need to be plugged in for that? It’s disconnected.

You need the reverse buzzer plugged in for some diagnostics.

Re: 2006 G22e issues
OK, I'm not near the cart but will try that once I am.
Im just worried its the motor or speed controller? I would take it to get repair but there are no shops nearby willing to fix it... |

Don't be scared. Figure out the issue and we can work through it. Aftermarket controllers are not bad and have great performance. Same on motors.

So it doesn’t beep at all when you push it. What should I check next?

Re: 2006 G22e issues
The beeper is plugged in? If it wont beep in reverse, or when pushed, either power isnt being supplied by the tow run switch, or the controller is bad.
