Default 2006 Yamaha G22E stops after short drive

Having an issue with 2006 Yamaha G22E.

batteries are 2 weeks old. The cart stops after short drive (a few hundred yards), It slows down after a few hundred yards, then it won’t go again until I reset the tow run switch. I do hear a click from the solenoid Switch after I take out of tow mode, and then a bit of a hum Sound for a few seconds. Seems the longer switch is on tow mode, the farther it will go before dying again, although never more than a few hundred yards.

Also, Reverse horn works until it dies, and once it won’t go again, reverse horn does not work again until I go to tow mode and back.

I bought a new solenoid switch that will be delivered tomorrow, however after further reading I am not sure that’s the issue.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah, you're gonna hate it... its probably batteries time. Unless you have real data to show otherwise.

Like pack voltage after charge, and individual battery voltages during the actual time the failure occurs.

You got some homework to do.

Test each battery under load. I bet at least 1 is faulty.
