Default Torn between AC and Lithium

I wanted to get everyone’s opinion here... I am moving to a country club that only allows electric golf carts on the course. I currently own a 2018 Yamaha EFI quietech and love it. I am allowed to drive it on the public course I live on, and intend to keep it as a transportation vehicle for the wife and kids to and from the pool and through the neighborhood. What I am wanting to know from those in the know, is should I get a Yamaha AC cart, or go ahead and go with a lithium cart? OR, look into EZGOs 72 volt TXT?? I would like to have something that can go fast, and I just don’t know if the aftermarket market for the lithium carts is out yet. So I am wanting to know what anyone would recommend. Thanks.

Why can't you do lithium and AC?

I guess I should have been more specific. I'm looking at either getting an AC Drive 2 or RXV Elite. I just don't know the availability for aftermarket stuff for the lithiums.

Might consider ICON ac motor by Toyota, 350ah controller by Toyota
4 wheel hydraulic disk brakes with a great dash display color soc graph numerical % soc and numerical pack volt meter...lithium available from factory
if you choose..plus odometer and speedometer..

For the Yamaha AC, easy upgrade with a Navitas TAC-600. It will fly, then do a double Leaf pack lithium conversion in future when you have drained the batteries of all their power.

And for the RXV, I am pretty sure you cannot replace the controller with Navitas due to the Curtis interface with the factory lithium pack. Pretty limited on upgrades from what I understand from the guru Bob Boyce.

Check out ICON it has the ac motor, 350ah contoller, 4wheel hydraulic
disc brakes, beautiful dashboard instrument panel all standard equipment including seat belts...available with the lithium option...right from the factory...and much less expensive than the big 3...

They are fast mine hits 28 mph with a very heavy 632 lb agms
and 25 uphill... box stock!!

Give them a look over..
