Wont make it up hills with passengers
I have a 2015 EzGo TXT with 13.5 Kaw.
I have the governor turned all the way up and just did full tune up on it not too long ago. Adajusted the valves, have the hotter bpr2es spark plug, all new filters, ect. Runs great with just me on it but will not make it up hills with more than one passenger. Friends with same cart and set up make it up same hills with 4 people. Mine will come to complete stop with 3. Clutches are cycling correcty. Belt falls all the way down into the driven clutch and rides at top of primary at full speed. Belt looks good. Not sure what to do here. |

You say clutches cycle properly, but do they when you are fully loaded? I am guessing the driven clutch isn't down shifting when under heavy load.
