Re: driven clutch
At near $300.00 for a clutch assembly, I would try to repair it. I cant see the extent of the damage, so I'm guessing it's still repairable. The internal parts are relatively cheap, you have the opportunity to change it to a 28 degree hi torque clutch by changing the internal parts. I'll see if I cant find those part numbers and give you and idea of what you're looking at, $$ wise.
I'll be back.... |

Re: driven clutch
I can't tell if these will be legible until it posts. These are EZ GO clutch parts. They don't specify 28 or 36 deg, but will give you an idea of cost.

Re: driven clutch
Different ramp buttons and the cam, I beleive. We need to find a post from the past, it has the part numbers and info needed for that. It's in here somewhere....
It's just like yours, but different numbers. Start with related posts at the bottom of the page...it could (should) be in the tech section. |

Re: driven clutch
I found this in a catalog (I love my manuals and parts books)
From left to right #2 is the cam p/n 72329 G01 The ramp buttons #5 is p/n 72324 G01. That is all the 28 degree stuff listed in the EZ GO catalog. You shouldn't need these, but just in case..... The clip, retaining is 27270G01 The spring (bottom rt.) is 26304G01 BTW, cart parts plus machines these clutches for performance and may be able to hook you up....site sponsor. Hope that helps. Tony These are OEM part numbers |

Re: driven clutch
If it can be fixed, I'd fix it but you don't want to spend the time and money than end up breaking down and buying a new one anyway.
