Driven clutch problems????
I have a 1992 EZ-GO gas 4cyl. When it gets around top speed it has a terrible vibration and it is wringing off the driven clutch bolt. Does this mean I need a new driven clutch?? This is my first golf cart so I am basically clueless, and would appreciate any help.

Re: Driven clutch problems????
I would say that a 1992 would be due for new clutches all around. Try a new belt, first...

85 is 24 yr old clutch .... you may be able to have a bushing machined for it? But probably time for a new one

Re: Driven clutch problems????
FYI - On used gas carts that we sell, if the clutches are over 5 years old, we replace all of them before we sell the cart. 20+ years? IMO it is way past due...
