Battery Charger Question
I have been doing some restoration work on my old marathon and the batteries have lost most of their voltage. Is the there a way to force the charger to come on when the voltage is low?

You can use a 12v charger to charge the batteries in pairs until they are charged to about 6v each. This will bring the pack voltage up high enough for the charger to see or recognize the pack and turn on...
