TXT runs really slow
2005 TXT, I get a beep code of 3-2. The correction is Check Auxillary Power. Replace solenoid. I replaced the solenoid, but still runs really slow, What else can I do? How can I check the Auxillary Power? What is Auxillary Power? Thanks

Re: TXT runs really slow
Bama, I have the exact same problem...check out "EZ Go running very slow " thread I started. Lets keep in touch on our progress so we can figure this out. I have a 2007 PDS.

Re: TXT runs really slow
I have nothing that uses the cart batteries. I have a regular car battery that runs the light kit and the horn. I do not have any thing else that uses the batteries. I put new batteries in it last year. They all show full, but my meter does not put them under a load.

Re: TXT runs really slow
bama - is yours a pds cart? if so check the speed sensor on the end of the motor. check the connection where it goes to the controller. you may have a bad sensor or a bad connection.
bently check this also. I have seen several come thru with this issue and a speed sensor and magnet fixes the issue. |

Re: TXT runs really slow
It is the gray wire at the end of the motor.

Re: TXT runs really slow
Check your splines. Could be worn out.

Re: TXT runs really slow
OK Thanks... Not sure what splines are either.
Here is a wierd thing... I disconnected ALL of the wires one by one, cleaned and then made sure they had a good connection. It still ran slow. Here is the wierd part. I ran in reverse on a slight incline that my street makes about 50 yards or so. Then into forward, it ran fine. Until I stopped to let my kids on. Then slow again, so backwards up the hill about 100 yards this time and it ran fine again. Any thoughts.... |
