Yeah I'm kinda thinking the same, just would like to make sure I was testing properly.

On a side note, I saw a used ITS on eBay from a NC dealer for 55.00 shipped, would that be a good or bad idea, I keep hearing " these rarely go bad".........

Thanks JB

I have also gotten high readings from ITS in a PDS cart. and it puzzled me because the reading didn't change when I put a different known good ITS unit in... I have asked our resident factory trained technician to look into this here... be patient.

It's rare for an ITS to go bad, but they do.... It definately sounds like an ITS issue is in play on your cart though. I have seen these things get hairline cracks in them and cause all kinds of strange problems, but rarely have I run a diagnostic test and had readings that were that high and it not been a faulty ITS. About half of cart repair is trial and error, 30 percent is experience and the remaining 20 percent is known test methods... in this case, we know what the readings should be, we know what the symptoms are and we know where to look. Every single test (and my gut) says this is an ITS out of wack, but there is always that question.....

Unfortunately for you, the ITS isn't really a cheap item to replace and if we are wrong, it's a non returnable part. Personally I wouldn't take a chance at $55 for a used one on Ebay but that is your choice. If you want a new one, shoot me a PM and I will give you a super good deal on one.

My post a few weeks back turned out to be in the motor. The motor test readings were just slightly out of spec but that's what it was. A Bandit upgrade/rebuild by PQ and all is well now (much, much better than new). If the ITS gets ruled out you may want to check the motor too.
