OK, I put in the new solenoid and no change, runs very slow but steady. Had my brother-in-law, an EE, look at it and double check the batteries. Everything looked correct to him. Another friend said he had a similar problem and the cart shop had him change out his cables to "thicker" ones. He said his speed went up about 10 mph.

10mph increase just from a cable change, I highly doubt that
--------------- Pop the cover off the V-Glide and make sure the wiper contact is flat and level with the stationary contacts and that the wiper arm is at the top contact at WOT |
