Just did again w/o load. highest 6.21 lowest 6.12 ALL JUNK? even though they prob less than year old.

when you had the wheels off the ground when you were pressing pedal did all seem normal like wheel spun faster as you gassed it?......if so if things seemed normal i still suspect batteries................if it didn,t seem normal can you decribe?...................................

Well normal to me I guess. Press pedal to floor, seemed like slowly got progressively faster. After I tested I raised back up to see if still turned off ground and it did. I did notice that the pedal stuck "engaged" that time. I also noticed behind the batteries there is coiled wire (?) and couple are kinda bent and touching as well.

Can you take pictures of everything and post them here so Tom can look at your cart with an experienced eye?

same here says private...........but if any of the resistor coils are broke or touching that could be your problem, if your just touching pedal like driving slow all the coils should get glowing red ( thats thier job ) but if your pedal to metal they should not.....and if they are its because either they are broke somewhere and touching or the mounting is to dirty/rusted......................so you mentioned broke they will need replaced........they do sell that.....................
