My 2005 48 volt club car does the same thing, strong off charge and within 10 min very slugish. 50.1 volts right off charger and 49.8 after riding around for 15 min. Need some answers please?

JT, do you have the vglide on yours, haven't had a problem since i cleaned mine

JET, put your cart in your signature, so we know what machine you have.
I've never had to clean a vglide. But do you see the part number 19? That sweeps across all those copper lugs in a quadrant. I would imagine that that's what mountman was cleaning on his vglide; both #19 and the copper lugs it touches. Perhaps he can jump in and confirm? There are also all those lugs with nuts and lock washers (shown as #2 and #3 in the fiche). You could also try cleaning those contacts, as well as the other cables interconnecting this unit. |
