Default Ex-go wont go.....

I have an 07 cart. We were at an rv park last weekend and everything was goin fine. Went to load it in trailer and nothing. I could hear the solenoind clicking, but it wouldnt move. Pushed it in the trailer and came home. We get home and i figured i would give it a shot to see what would happen, and it ran perfectly. I park in in the garage. I noticed that when i swith from forward to reverse, the battery light turns off while in neutral. I got on it today to see what it would do and nothing. At a certain point in the pedal, it would start inching forward, but that was it. The batteries show to be fully charged. Any ideas?

Welcome to BGW!

Do you have a Series or PDS drive system?
Is the cart stock or modified?
Where are these "Battery Lights" you speak of located?
What is the battery pack voltage? (Full charge for a 36V system is 38.2V)
What is the battery pack voltage when the cart is misbehaving?

Sounds like you might have a problem with the your throttle. pull the aluminum panel on the drivers side and look in the pedal box and make sure everything is plugged in. Sounds like the micro switch is good but the inductive throttle sensor may have went out.

Also the battery light should be off when its in neutral because it should be getting power from the key switch which only has power when the cart is in gear.

If you got a electric cart, you need a DMM (Digital Multi Meter).
A inexpensive one in a blister pack will suffice.

Those LED bar-graph type State of Charge meters tell more lies than some politicians.
Get a DVM SoC meter if you want good info , or an analog type if you want "Fuel" gauge accuracy.

Download the the PDF files from the stickies.
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...g-manuals.html
They are the Owner, Parts and Service manuals that cover your cart.

Might be the ITS, but it could be a loose/corroded connection on F/R or somewhere else in the high current circuit.

Where is the aluminum panel you speak of? Under the floor mat? Is there a way to test that sensor?

This is the mutimeter I have. It only goes up to 12V unless there is something I am missing. I am no electrician.lol

I will check all the connections when i get home. Thanks fellas.
