Default Front End Alignment for '93 EZGO Electric

My '93 EZGO is pulling to the right. It is stock. Anyone know how to realign it?

pulling to one side may be a function of tire pressure, or tire resistance to rolling, called kinisity. switch front tires left to right then road test. If it still pulls then check front alignment specific to front to rear location of the king pin bolts left to right. This is a general indication of a "caster" issue on your alignment, somthing that applies to cars as well. Lastly if no luck with the above, check your rear axle alignment by measuring from each rear axle bolt to a central point exactly between each front wheel. If it is out of square it will push one way or the other, called thrust alignment issues.

Great stuff. Big help. Thanks for posting it.
Just got a 95 EZGO electric. All four wheels are terribly misaligned. I can visually see that the left rear wheel is toe'ed in far too much. Also the axel is not centered on the leaf springs equally.
The front has two inches of toe in.
Your post above covers the front wheels fine. Any suggestions regarding the rear axel set up?
Thanks..
Tom

thats easy - just loosen the rear bolts & square up the axle - measure back from the front of the spring back an make it even. You can measuer the toe in just like the front - scribe a mark in the center of each tire if you don't have ribbed tires and compart front and rear - should be the same if the axle housing isn't bent. Ck for bent wheels before doing any of this as it will throw off your readings. Let us know how this and the pulling issue turns out.

Rear axle was cocked 3/4" off center. Corrected and now even. Toe In checked and found to be zero and no bent wheels. Rear end complete. Thanks for the help.. TR
