Re: 2008 EZGO Problem
Clean the contacts in the charger plug and receptacle, especially the outside of the negative Radsok in the receptacle and the Auxiliary contact in the plug, that is where the charger senses battery pack voltage.

Re: 2008 EZGO Problem
It's possible all the battery cables need replacing, not just one or two.

I cleaned everything and replaced all the battery cables and still getting the two red blinking lights. I checked the batteries with a voltage meter and they all read between 5.9 and 6.2 volts. Anymore ideas?

Re: 2008 EZGO Problem
If I understand it correctly, the cart is running now, but the charger is charging batteries. (Two red flashes)
Try a different charger on your cart and/or your charger on a different cart. That will tell us if the problem is in the charger or in the cart. |

Re: 2008 EZGO Problem
5.9 battery is below empty.... more testing is needed. Did you get a full charge?

Re: 2008 EZGO Problem
If you have a regular car charger you can charge the pack 2 batts at a time just to get it charged up. If the cart runs after, your charger is toast
