i don,t think its batteries , it looks like theres a wire missing off the #6 battery the one up front on drivers side where the 2 cables are bolted......there should be a 10 gage wire bolted there also from keyswitch maybe i,m missing it but if not thats an issue..............i just looked again and yes your missing a wire...................

ken that pic you put up with the F&R switch you have a arrow pointed to the red wire......its not that one its the black one bolted with it.......there are 2 6 gage cables a 10 gage black wire and looks like the red wire is 12 or 14 gage but try putting that black wire on drivers side front battery where the 2 6 gage cables are bolted see what that does if still nothing i,ll try and dig up a diagram and call you.......................................

I got it working It was the BLACK wire on the F/R switch I moved it to battery #6 and BAM!!! i am riding
