1999 48V Club Car in gear, quivers

1999 48V Club Car just quivers when put in forward or reverse. Solenoid will not click but wheels may move inch when depress accelerator. V glide appears to be fine. Appreciate your ideas on where to start.

mine was like that and the brushes were bad.

iff cart is trying to run solenoid is working.........1st load test each battery and then check all cells with hydrometer......sounds like a battery dropping out under load..................................
