Re: What size wire do i need to use???
What are you hoping to power through the accessory outlet? In most cases 18 gauge should be fine. Make certain you know what the outlet itself is rated at so it too can meet your needs. 18 gauge covers you quite well up into the 15 amp and 3-10' of wire range. This is likely more capacity than you would need for a cig outlet. YMMV :)

I'd probably go with 18. Seems it will more than suit your needs.

Be sure to fuse the line accordingly.

Re: What size wire do i need to use???
The job of the inline fuse is to protect the wiring, not the device. The fuse should be rated to carry as many amps as the wire is safely capable of carrying. Use a 10 amp fuse on 14 gauge wire and you will be well inside the safety zone.
