Went to the golf course this morning before heading to church. Checked the battery pack voltage and it was only 47.5 volts. Looks like new batteries may be in the future!

Going to try to get 18 holes out of it .
CTD, That means he's going to add that ugly ballast to the back end and drive it around a large grassy park a couple of hours.

I don't care too much about watching a bunch of hulked up over sized guys knocking around each other! I would rather take my aggression out on that little white ball.

***UPDATE***

Ordered a new OBC last week and this weekend was the first chance I had to get the cart home from the course so I could replace it. After two cuts on the arms and numerous bruises, I finally got that sucker replaced!

Plugged the charger in, and after a couple second delay, it kicked in and started charging. This is a good sign! The voltage for the pack before I plugged the charger in was 47.2, and it has been sitting at that voltage for a couple of weeks. The meter on the charger started out between 10-15, and after 3 hours has leveled off at around 5. I guess it will sit on five for several hours before kicking off. I will check it before I go to bed, which will be about 7 hours after plugging charger in and see what is going on. Then will check pack voltage in the morning before church. Sure hope it charges up full and I can get another year or two out of the batteries before I need to replace them. They are March 09 batteries, so they are 3.5 years old, but the previous owner of the cart was meticulous about maintenance, so I know he took good care of them. Hopefully I can get at least another year out of them playing two round a week.

Will keep you posted on pack voltage in the morning. Thanks for all the great advice you guys have given. This is a great site!!!

That is about how mine goes, it starts off close to 15, then drops within a couple hours to 5, then stays there for several hours. It sounds like it's working properly...
