Default 2003 Exgo TXT series cart won't move

36v Ezgo TXT series cart. Got good voltage on the battery pack and each battery if putting out 6.7v. Solenoid clicks when pressing the pedal but I don't see any draw on the pack when I press the pedal. Checked controller and I getting the correct reading there and on the F/R switch.

Getting voltage on the motor connecters but I don't know if I getting the right results.

How do I test the solenoid?

Help please!!!!

seeing as you can here the solenoid click, you have an issue in the solenoid activation circut.....here is a highlighted drawing of that circut.

I tested the motor and checked all the connections. All voltages where in spec. I bypassed the reed switch at the charger connection. Still not running. I tested voltage between M- and B- on the controller and then the cart starting working????? Loose connection or what???? I didn't even tighten a nut. Only nuts I tightened where on the batteries.

That could be all it took....its one of the reason to take apart each connection one at a time and clean them, and put some dielectric lube on them to keep corrosion away.

Since you see no draw when the solenoid clicks the controller may not be getting operating power at pins 9 + 10 or the F&R may not be passing hig amperage current. Check the controller output across terminal B- and M- when the solenoid clicks you should read full pack voltage and as you press the gas the reading should drop to near 0.
