My SWAG would be that you have a shorted controller. In my opinion you are about one step short of having a runaway cart.

Thank you ScottyB! I put a new 400amp controller on in and it worked fine, for the day. Charged the new Trojan batteries and got in it, push the pedal and nothing, the solenoid is clicking but no movement. When I put it in reverse the buzzer sounds, the solenoid clicks but no movement. Any advise or input would be greatly appreciated.
